Works with

Most training plans break by week three.

You miss a Tuesday tempo because work ran late. Saturday's long run gets cut short because your knee flared up. By week three, the PDF plan you downloaded is fiction — and you're guessing.

Rigid plans assume perfect weeks. Real training isn't perfect. Paceon adapts to the runs you actually finished, the paces you hit, and the days you had to skip. Every week.

Adaptive planning

Your plan changes
when life does.

Paceon watches your runs via Strava. Miss two workouts? Next week reduces volume. Running slower than target? Paces recalibrate. Nail a tempo better than expected? The plan pushes harder. No re-downloading. No guessing. No plan guilt.

Training science

Built on running science.
Not vibes.

Paceon's engine combines Jack Daniels' VDOT paces, the 80/20 intensity rule, Hansons' specificity principles, and Hal Higdon's accessibility. Your easy runs are actually easy (70% VO2max). Your threshold pace is your threshold. Taper is mandatory, not optional.

80% easy  ·  20% quality

VDOT 48
Easy: 5:50/km
Jack Daniels VDOT
Scientifically derived training paces from your race performance.
80/20 Intensity Split
Most elite runners do 80% of training at easy effort. So does Paceon.
Mandatory Taper
Race-week taper is built in and non-negotiable. Show up fresh.

Questions.

How is Paceon different from Runna?
Paceon plans adapt weekly based on your actual runs — if you miss workouts, run slower than target, or skipped a day, your plan reshapes automatically. Runna plans are static. We're also about half the price with no credit card required to start your trial.
Does Paceon work without Strava?
Yes, but Strava makes it significantly better. Without Strava, you mark workouts complete manually. With Strava, runs auto-match to your plan and paces, effort levels, and completion rates feed directly into weekly adaptations.
What races can I train for?
5K, 10K, half marathon, and full marathon. Plans range from 4 to 20 weeks depending on your race date and starting fitness level.
What if I miss a workout?
Nothing bad happens. Paceon notices, adjusts next week's volume, and re-spaces your hard days. Miss a few in a row and the plan reduces load automatically — no plan guilt, no manual adjustment needed.
Can I use Paceon with Apple Watch or Garmin?
Garmin direct integration is coming soon. Most Garmin users sync through Strava, which works fully now.
How much does it cost?
Paceon is completely free right now while we're in early access. Paid plans will be introduced later — early users won't be surprised.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the app or your App Store subscription settings at any time. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
Who makes Paceon?
Paceon is built by miuustudio, a small indie studio. We're runners ourselves — this is the tool we wanted and couldn't find.
